Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Life at the Intersection. If unsatisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the following:
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Books with personalized inscriptions or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us at admin@lifeattheintersection.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Shipping Policy
Print Books
We offer a variety of shipping options based on your needs. This includes USPS Library Mail Parcel for books and options for faster shipping at a higher cost. International shipping is not available.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
E-Books
E-books are delivered by email, and you download the digital format you prefer.
